📦 When will my order ship?

Most personalized orders ship within 3–5 business days. If something is running behind, I’ll notify you personally so you’re never in the dark.

📬 How will I receive my order?

Digital books are delivered by email. Physical books are shipped via USPS with tracking. If you ordered a personalized video, you’ll receive a private link to view and download it.

🧒 Can I preview the personalization before I buy?

Yes! Most products allow you to preview the name and avatar before checking out. For fully custom orders, I personally review every detail before sending it to print.

✏️ I made a mistake in my child’s name/photo—can I fix it?

If your order hasn’t gone to print yet, yes! Please contact me immediately and I’ll do my best to catch it. Once it’s printed or shipped, I can’t make changes—but I’ll offer a discounted reprint.

🎁 Do you offer gift messages?

Absolutely. Just leave your note during checkout and I’ll include it with your order. (Bonus: I’ll even make it rhyme if you want!)

💳 What’s your refund policy?

Because each item is custom-made, I don’t offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. But if anything’s wrong, please reach out—I’ll make it right.
