California Supply Chains Act Disclosure
At Dream Light Designs, we are dedicated to maintaining ethical and transparent business practices across our entire supply chain. In compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), we provide the following disclosures:
1. Verification
We do not currently perform formal audits or use third-party services to verify our suppliers’ compliance with anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking laws. However, we expect all partners to comply with applicable local and international labor laws. If any violations are discovered, we reserve the right to immediately end our relationship with that supplier.
2. Audits
We do not currently conduct supplier audits related to human trafficking or slavery. As our operations expand, we may introduce periodic checks to confirm alignment with our values.
3. Certification
Our suppliers are expected to follow all laws regarding human trafficking and forced labor. While formal certifications are not yet required, we will take immediate corrective action or terminate any contract where we find non-compliance.
4. Accountability
Any Dream Light Designs employee or contractor found violating our ethical standards may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
5. Training
We do not currently offer formal training programs regarding slavery or human trafficking. As we grow, we plan to implement educational resources to raise awareness and strengthen prevention efforts within our supply chain.
